Implants
Dental implants resemble a new root for a tooth. This titanium root
fitted into a socket that we create in your jaw, replaces the loss of
your natural tooth. Once an implant is placed in your jaw the bone
around the implant will need to heal for up to 6 months. Many times
the temporary can be placed the same day as the implant placement.
When this initial phase of healing is completed, a support post is placed
into the implant and a new tooth or teeth can be realized. |
