Jenna M. – Office Manager
Jenna began her dental career in 2002 as a dental assistant and receptionist across Orthodontic, Endodontic, and General Dentistry practices. With a degree in Business Management, she soon gravitated towards the finance side and has served as an office manager since 2015. Jenna’s clinical and administrative expertise makes her invaluable in coordinating treatment timelines with insurance benefits. Known for her thoroughness, dedication, and high standards of accuracy and honesty, Jenna is a key asset to our team. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, volunteering at her son’s preschool, and spending time outdoors walking and hiking.
Brittany C. – Front Desk Administrator
Brittany began her dental career in 2021 after transitioning from a successful career as a paralegal. She quickly established herself as a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at a high-volume, multi-location Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice, where her strong work ethic and expertise led to her promotion to Lead Billing Specialist. With extensive experience in patient care, insurance claims management, claims processing, and treatment planning, Brittany is committed to helping patients navigate their treatment journey with confidence and ease. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach make her a valuable resource for both patients and the practice team. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their three beloved fur babies, exploring hiking trails, and getting lost in a good psychological thriller novel.
Karin G. – Certified and Registered Dental Assistant
Karin has been a certified and Registered Dental Assistant for the last 30 years. She has attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and completed the courses for full mouth cosmetic reconstruction and neuromuscular dentistry. She has been Dr Boardman’s right hand women at Ridgewood Dentistry since 2010. Karin goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care. She is instrumental in making sure the clinical area runs smoothly. Our patients love her and she is an invaluable member of our team. In Karin’s spare time she can be found enjoying time with her husband and family on the Cape or lounging by her pool.
Tracy V. – Registered Dental Hygienist
Tracy graduated from Eastern Christian High School in 2009 and began her dental career as an assistant the following year. She spent a decade assisting with general dentistry and specialized surgical procedures, including implant placement, bone grafting, and sinus lifts. In 2020, Tracy enrolled in Bergen Community College’s dental hygiene program, where she received the “Distinguished Colleague” Award upon graduation. She joined Ridgewood Dentistry in 2023 and is passionate about educating patients on oral health while providing gentle, thorough care. Tracy enjoys traveling to Vermont with her husband to visit her sister, dirt biking, and volunteering at her church.
Dimple M. – Registered Dental Hygienist
Dimple graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. Her passion for dentistry was sparked while working as a dental assistant, inspiring her to further her education by earning a degree in Dental Hygiene from Bergen Community College. As a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with years of experience, Dimple is committed to promoting oral health and overall wellness. She specializes in providing comprehensive dental cleanings, educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices, and working closely with dentists to deliver exceptional patient care. Known for her gentle approach and compassionate demeanor, Dimple strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and empowered to take charge of their oral health. Outside the office, Dimple enjoys reading, traveling to new destinations, and testing her knowledge at trivia nights.
Lisa S. – Registered Dental Hygienist
Lisa is a dental hygienist with more than 10 years of experience in both general and pediatric dentistry. For the past four years, she has also practiced as a myofunctional therapist, helping patients improve oral function, breathing patterns, sleep quality, and the coordination of facial and oral muscles. Lisa is passionate about treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on oral health, taking a holistic and individualized approach to patient care. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal wellness through education, prevention, and personalized treatment strategies. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys hiking, crocheting, and spending time in nature.
