Reena graduated with honors as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been at Ridgewood Dentistry since 2009. Her knowledge and expertise in managing patient dental care, her gentle touch and her friendly demeanor make her a true asset to the practice. She is an outstanding provider of various periodontal treatments for our patients. Reena truly enjoys helping others and is treasured by our patients. We are certain that she will make your experience remarkable. In her free time Reena can often be found antiquing and visiting boutiques. But she especially enjoys spending time with her 2 granddaughters.
Karin g. – certified and registered dental assistant
Karin has been a certified and Registered Dental Assistant for the last 30 years. She has attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and completed the courses for full mouth cosmetic reconstruction and neuromuscular dentistry. She has been Dr Boardman’s right hand women at Ridgewood Dentistry since 2010. Karin goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care. She is instrumental in making sure the clinical area runs smoothly. Our patients love her and she is an invaluable member of our team. In Karin’s spare time she can be found enjoying time with her husband and family on the Cape or lounging by her pool.
Madonna m. – receptionist
Madonna has been in the dental field since 2009 after raising her 2 boys. Madonna is dedicated and determined to help patients understand both the financial, clinical and insurance related aspects of their treatment. She is a kind caring professional who shows extraordinary compassion in patient care. Madonna graduated from Montclair University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science. Madonna also has experience in the insurance industry which enables her to be proficient at deciphering dental insurance policies. In her spare time Madonna enjoys singing with her church choir and spending time with family and friends.
Roberta m. – registered dental hygienist
Roberta has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for the last 35 years. Over those 35 years she has worked in a periodontal, pediatric and general practice. While working in the pediatric office, she developed an extra gentle hand with her young patients. Through this experience, she has maintained that gentle touch as her everyday practice. Her time at the periodontal practice taught Roberta specific periodontal techniques. Again, she carries these skills over into her daily dental schedule. Roberta has a unique way of comforting and educating our most anxious patients. Even after 35 years she still loves being a hygienist! In her spare time Roberta can be found on her boat enjoying time with family and friends.
